It is Seneca's most ruthless sentence. We spend years saying "I’ll do it when I have time", "I’ll do it when things are calmer". But that ideal moment never arrives, because time does not accumulate. Time is simply spent.

The mistake we all make is believing that life is too short. It is not short: it is that we throw much of it away in distractions, waiting, and worrying about a future that does not belong to us.

But there is a way out: stop running and start being precise.
You don't need to do more. You need to be present in what you are doing now.
