I traveled to Varanasi to meet the Dom tribe - people who have been burning India's dead bodies for over 3,000 years. What I saw was unbelievable:

They live right next to burning funeral pyres - over 100 bodies are cremated DAILY
The same wood they use to burn bodies is also used to cook their food
Their homes are filled with the smell of burning human flesh
Many develop serious breathing problems from inhaling smoke their whole lives
They celebrate a Masaan Holi using ashes from cremations

Despite river Ganga making them sick, these same people are working hard to save it from pollution.

According to local stories, Lord Shiva cursed their ancestors 6,000 years ago, and now they're stuck in this job for generations.

This video isn't just about death rituals - it's about real people living extraordinary lives that most of us can't imagine. You'll see families trying to maintain normal lives while surrounded by death every day. Despite everything, they keep their traditions alive.
