1) McDonald’s Mc Chicken at home
🌟INGREDIENTS

•750g Chicken Fillet (choose a mix of half chicken breast and half chicken thigh)
•1tsp Onion powder
•1tsp Garlic powder
•1tsp White pepper powder
•1tsp Black pepper powder
•1tsp MSG
•1tsp Chili powder
•1tbsp White Vinegar
•1tsp Salt

DRY BATTER
•1cup All-purpose flour
•1cup Cornflour
•1tsp Garlic powder
•1tsp Baking powder
•1tsp Salt
•1tsp Chili powder
•1tsp Black pepper powder
•1tsp Paprika powder
•1tsp Onion powder
•1 1/2cup Cold Water
•Oil for frying

MAYO
•1cup Mayonnaise
•1 1/2tbsp Yellow Mustard
•1tsp Vinegar
•1/2tsp Garlic powder

ASSEMBLE
•Butter
•Mayonnaise
•Iceburg Lettuce (shredded)
•Burger Buns


2) Subway style Chicken burger
✨Ingredients:

240ml Milk
50g granulated Sugar
50g melted Butter (unsalted)
6g Instant Dry Yeast
1 Egg and 1 Egg White
480g All purpose flour
6g Salt
Drizzle little oil or butter

Burger Sauce
1cup Mayonnaise
I use Japanese kewpie mayonnaise
(You can use any brand)
4tbsp Ketchup
1tsp Mustard
2tbsp Pickle / Relish
1tsp Vinegar
1/2tsp Garlic Powder
1/2tsp Onion powder
1tsp Paprika powder
1tsp Cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
1/2tsp Black pepper

Chicken:

2tbsp Oil
450g Chicken Breast (bite size)
1tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
Salt to taste
1tsp Chili flakes
1tsp Coriander powder
1/2tsp Cumin powder
1tsp Chili powder
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1/2tsp Black pepper powder
1tsp Tikka masala
2tbsp Lemon juice
4tbsp Yogurt

Egg Yolk + 1tbsp Milk = Egg wash

Toppings
cabbage, tomato, onion,
chicken & sauce

3)chicken shawarma Pakistani style

Ingredients

🌟Chicken Marinade
•750g chicken Breast Fillets
Skinless & Boneless
•1tsp crushed Chilli flakes
•1/2tsp Garam Masala
•1/2tsp Black pepper powder
•1tbsp Chicken Tikka Masala
•1tsp Coriander powder
•1tsp Cumin powder
•Salt as your taste
•1tsp Red Chili pepper
•2tbsp Lemon juice
•2tbsp Olive Oil
•1tbsp Garlic paste
•1tsp Oregano
•150g Greek yogurt / Hang curd

🌟Pita Bread
•345-350ml warm water
•10g (2tsp) Instant yeast
•10g (1tbsp) Sugar
•512g (4cups) Flour (Maida)
•Salt 6g (1tsp)
•25g (2tbsp) Olive Oil

🌟White Sauce
•200g (1cup) Mayonnaise
•140g (1/2cup) Greek yogurt
Also you can use sour cream
•1tbsp Lemon juice
•1tsp white Vinegar
• 1/4tsp Salt
•1tsp Onion powder
•1tsp Garlic powder
•1tsp Paprika powder
•1tbsp Olive oil
•1tsp Honey
•1tsp Chili Powder
•1tsp Dijon Mustard
•1/2tsp Black pepper powder

🌟Tzatziki sauce
•200g (1cup) Greek yogurt
•1 Cucumber grated
•2tbsp green Coriander & Mint leaves
(chopped)
•1tbsp Lemon juice
•1tsp Garlic paste
•1/2tsp Black pepper powder
•1/2tsp Salt

🌟Salad
•1 1/2cups Cabbage
•1 Carrot
•1 Red Onion
•2 small Green Capsicums
•1cup Purple Cabbage
•2 Pickle cucumber (slices)

•2tbsp Olive Oil

4) Fried Chicken
✨ingredients
•900g Chicken Leg Pieces
•1tbsp Sauce
•1tbsp Hot Chili Sauce
•1tbsp Ketchup
•1tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
•1tbsp Black pepper powder
•1tsp Salt
•1tsp Mustard
•1tbsp Lemon juice
•1 1/2cup All purpose flour
•1/4cup Cornstarch
•1tsp Garlic Powder
•1tsp Onion powder
•1tsp Black pepper powder
•1tbsp Red Chili powder
•1tsp Salt
•oil for frying
