Ask Me Anything - Liquibase Community Meetup - AMA July 2022

In our July meetup, we answered questions from our Community. Some were basic Liquibase best practice questions for those just starting out, and some were more advanced and complex for experienced users. From the google form: I am new to Liquibase, and I need guidance around structuring the project to start on the right foot, such as number of change log files, rollbacks, etc.
From the google Form: When performing a migration from 3.8 to the latest version, is it better to do it in steps (3.8, 3.9, 3.10, etc) or is better to jump directly to the latest version?
From the Google form: I don't want to share db between application and liquibase (changelog). It seems that these things should be separated. Is it possible to do this today (schema is not an option) and do you have plans to implement this (specify separate db for liquibase)?
From Alex463001 on Discord: I want to split liquibase data and application data into separate databases. Is it possible to do this? I'm using SQL scripts and Postgres.

From Gaspar on Discord: Is there a way to ensure the files are processed in a particular sort order? In our case we have this: [includeAll path="package_bodies" relativeToChangelogFile="true"/] (imagine they're angle brackets, youtube doesn't allow them) I want to ensure certain files are processed in a particular order.
