Owing to the decreasing grazing land, they have to take their sheep and have to walk across 3-4 districts. Doing so, they are stopped by the forest department for questioning. What's worse, they don't get the benefits of the government schemes. If their sheep get lost, they get compensation only when the grazing area is in the vicinity of 40km
