Repairing a BMW 320d glow plug module the problem with these is the wires used in them they either break or the resistance is wrong thus causing it to fail this is a known problem.

by replacing the wires with copper not only do you increase conductivity as copper is more conductive this problem shouldn't happen again just make sure you seal it up well
