Within the last few years, we experienced the biggest changes in our lifetimes happening almost all at once: the global pandemic, social inequalities, climate change, supply chain disruption, and finally, war. Countries, businesses, and individuals have been knocked down.

In this talk, Constantine would like to dive into his personal and professional experiences to unpack how we can build resilience as an ability to help us bounce back every time. What toolset and adjustment in mindset are required on personal, team, and enterprise levels to be ready for major disruptions and gigantic, unexpected uncertainties that have become our 'new normal'.
