Deputy President William Ruto says his botched private trip to Uganda was the epitome of sustained humiliation and intimidation that the State has subjected him to, for the past four years. In a rejoinder, the Interior Principal Secretary, Karanja Kibicho, denies any involvement in blocking the DP from departing to Uganda, even as Ruto's allies and foes trade accusations, over his dealings with Uganda President Yoweri Museveni, through a Turkish Investor.
