OPEN FOR IMPORTANT INFO! Health update - I'm going in for procedures. For anyone else going through these procedures I thought it might be helpful to show how to prepare for a Colonoscopy, Gastroscopy, duodenoscopy and what to expect!

IMPORTANT - I want to note here as I was meaning to say in the last video but in the emotion of it all I totally forgot, that I paid £150 to use Stuart’s work private health policy so that I could help get some answers. I thought it was well worth the investment to pay this money to get some scopes done.

Following on from my last health update where I got a date to have some investigations into my stomach issues I thought I'd share how to prepare for a colonoscopy as well as an endoscopy under sedation.
