Описание к видео 💡 How does false signal suppression work in a level sensor? | VEGA talk

📱 In this episode of "VEGA talk" the topic is false signal suppression. If there are installations in the tank, for example an agitator, they can interfere with the level sensor readings. The sensor will detect the false signals in addition to the actual level echo. These false signals can be blocked out, mapped or suppressed, directly in the sensor via PACTware or the VEGA Tools App.
However, thanks to the 80 GHz technology used in the VEGAPULS 64 and VEGAPULS 69 radar sensors , such interfering signals are virtually eliminated. They have extremely good focusing, which enables the level sensors to simply avoid any interfering reflections from fixtures or buildup and deliver a reliable process measurement.
