Things you can do to prevent it and make a return to a healthy bladder -

Khareek (dry dates first thing in morning)
sprouted and cooked moong and matki.
1 tsp of ghee in breakfast, lunch and dinner
Strength training and kegel exercises.
Yoga asana (especially Tadasana in #Iyengaryoga method).
