1. According to Indian Railway Act 1989, Para 2-3, all the supervisor must give minimum 4 Rest in a month.
In case of Fail to give Rest , this is a Punishable Offence, Under Indian Railway Act 1989, Para 158.

2. In case of suspension of Rest, employees should to give CR, under Indian Railway Act, 1989 Para 133 (3).

3. If Rest has been Suspended and CR was not given to the Employees , is a Punishable Offence under Indian Railway Act 1989, Para 181 and 158
