Columbia Harbour House's Plant-based Lighthouse Sandwich

Columbia Harbour House finally reopened at the Magic Kingdom! And thankfully they didn't touch the Lighthouse Sandwich and kept it as it was prior to the parks closing. This is a great faux meat free vegan sandwich option in the park.
