This town, Saijyo, is in the central part of Ehime Prefecture, Japan.
Clean water, which is one of the best waters in Japan, gushes out from everywhere, and this town is called the City of Water.
It is also the gateway to Mt. Ishizuchi, a sacred mountain located to the south of the town, and is visited by many climbers every year.
