As far from civilisation as I can drive! In Winter? In an EV? Am I mad??? Lets bust some FUD

I keep being told that EVs are city cars. No good for "normal" use or long trips. And yet here I am as far from civilisation as I can get in 1 day on the mainland of GB, and everything is OK!

This is an eastbound trip over Bealach na Ba - the Pass of the Cattle - from Applecross in the Scottish Highlands to Inverness. Spectacular scenery and some impressive battery regeneration to boot!
