Delhi excise policy case: BRS MLC K Kavitha appears before Rouse Avenue Court, says 'arrest illegal'

New Delhi: Bharat Rashtra Samithi MLC K Kavitha arrived at the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi on March 16. K Kavitha has been produced before the court of special judge MK Nagpal. Yesterday, the BRS leader was arrested by the ED and brought to Delhi. She will be further questioned in connection with the Delhi excise policy-linked money laundering case. Appearing in a Delhi excise policy case, K Kavitha said, “My arrest is illegal”.
