PART 6: 🇪🇸 Potes - Fuente De - Refuge ⛰🚠🥾🚀

We take the Bus from Potes to Fuente De , ride the cable car up and continue up with a hike to an Iconic Refuge at around 8000ft. It looks like a Lunar Landing Module but is in fact a gun turret from an American warship that was being dismantled. I could even get a beer there. The views are truly out of this world with a superb 360 panorama across the PICOS. We bought return tickets but decided to walk all the way down to take in more of the scenery.

The Route we took is split across the two sections of the day, first up to the Refuge and return, then from the cable car down to a neighbouring village.
