The power head on the BOSCH ProAnimal, is designed to build up with dirt, hair, and gunk, in critical areas. BOSCH then designed the head in such a way to make it nearly importable to see how to get into, and even when you do, ensure you damage it in the process.

So basically, it was stuck. A smallish bit of plastic from a childs toy was sucked in, and stuck in the turbine.
That should be pretty easy to fix, pop the cover off, and take it out.
But it wasn't!
