Upgraded my 2013 Jeep JK Rubicon steering setup with the Steer Smarts Yeti XD tie rod and drag link. This isn’t a step-by-step install video, what I ran into was my factory steel bumper skid plate making contact with the new drag link. In this video, I walk through the process of trimming and repainting the skid plate so everything clears properly.

If you’re considering the Yeti XD upgrade or running factory bumpers, this is a good heads-up on what you may need to adjust.
