Ingredients
Black sponge Biscuit
• 1 egg
• 75g granulated sugar (1/3 cup)
• 30g vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
• 100g creamy yogurt (1/2 cup)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 75g cake flour (1/2 cup)
• 20g cocoa powder (1/4 cup)
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt

Chocolate mousse
• 100g cream cheese (1/2 cup)
• 50g icing sugar (1/2 cup)
• 100g bittersweet chocolate, melted (3/4 cups)
• 100g whipped cream (1/2 cup)

Coffee mousse
• 120g cream cheese (1/2 cup)
• 25g icing sugar (1/4 cup)
• 10g instant coffee (1 Tbsp)
• 100g white chocolate, melted (3/4 cups)
• 100g whipped cream (1/2 cup)

Chocolate glaze
• 150g bittersweet chocolate (1 cup)
• 30g vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
