Stand Mixer Won’t Turn – Solved!

Our stand mixer recently stopped spinning. The motor was spinning but power was not being transferred to the paddle. It turns out that a single gear had worn out and the teeth were stripped. With a simple $14 replacement part and an hour or two of your time, you can save a lot of money and get your mixer running like new again. In addition, we show how to disassemble and reassemble a KitchenAid Professional Plus 5 mixer.
