Cartoon Network Technical Difficulties (August 19, 2001)

For the sake of my hard drive's space, I'll be uploading some smaller little clips from my tape collection in preparation for some of the bigger commercial break uploads further down the road. Matter of fact, one of these big things is going to be a really big deal, so stay tuned for that!

Anyway, this comes from a night time block of cartoons from Cartoon Network from August 19, 2001. This stretch of content has some rather... interesting technical difficulties.

It would seem to me that the technicians over at the network started up that night's "Tex Avery Show" about 8 minutes too soon, causing the last segment of that evening's "Bob Clampett Show" episode to be pushed back. I believe in order to make up room from these difficulties, the technicians ran a promo during the technical difficulties, and brought back the TD slide before the second cartoon played out, since an ad break already played before the Tex Avery Show intro played out. A very bizarre set of circumstances, indeed.

I have included a few minutes of the Tex Avery cartoon that played during these technical difficulties to show that there are no cuts between when the short gets cut, and when it goes back to the Bob Clampett Show.

Like I said in the first paragraph, I got something big coming soon, and I'll give you a hint as to how big this find is,.... This came from a *thrift store for 25 cents*... Yeah, keep that in mind when the time comes to upload this.
