Every apartment unit has a max capacity of nine(9) residents divided into five (5) rooms with different capacities (3 units of shared-room, 2 units of single-room). Each apartment has two (2) sets of the shower room, toilet, and face-wash. The apartment also has a small common area (dining, living, and sink) for a small casual gathering. Note that all residents are not allowed to heavily cook in the apartment.
