Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel. Today's recipe i am going to show you how to make Gambian 🇬🇲 meat pie. I add some Mozzarella cheese 🧀 in the meat pie filling, which adds a delicious flavor to the meat pie. it's optional if you don't like cheese you can substitute it with a little bit of boil diced potatoes.

ingredients for meat filling:

Lean ground beef with less fat
Onions
Scallions/green onions
Half or whole bell pepper
Half onion
Black pepper 1 Tbsp
Salt 🧂 to taste
Red pepper flakes 1 Tbsp
Coriander 1 Tbsp
Garlic powder 1 Tbsp
1 Tbsp if thyme
2 green chilli or one habanero pepper/optional

Doug:
4 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
4 Tbsp button room temperature or 4 Tbsp of oil
2 cups of water

Oil to fry.
