When it comes to putting together a routine, the best full body workout will include compound exercises or moves that involve multiple muscle groups. It is important that you warm-up in order to prepare the body for full range of movements. It helps to decrease tension in the muscles and joints. Through this preparation you can ensure you are able to move without stress and strain. You don’t want to get injured working out with cold muscles. So go warm up well before you start the workout.
