DIY Camper Trailer

Después de aproximadamente 100hrs de trabajo, en un período de 2 meses, al fin podemos utilizar nuestro mini-camper. El proceso de construcción fue muy entretenido para nosotros, nuestra meta era poder utilizarloesta temporada de verano y la cumplimos!.
La idea surgió al buscar una forma de continuar con la vida outdoor que llevabamos antes del nacimiento de Evan, nuestro bebé. El sur de Chile es helado y ya no podíamos acampar como antes, así que pusimos manos a la obra y creamos nuestra propia solución barata.
Si bien aún podemos agregarle varios accesorios y mejoras, les comparto el proceso de construcción + el proyecto de Sketchup por si a alguien le gustó nuestro diseño.

After approximately 100 hours of work, in a period of 2 months, we can finally use our mini-camper. The construction process was very entertaining for us, our goal was to be able to use it this summer season and we fulfilled it!
The idea came from looking for a way to continue the outdoor life that we led before the birth of Evan, our baby. Southern Chile is frozen and we couldn't camp like we used to, so we got down to business and came up with our own cheap solution.
Although we can still add several accessories and improvements, I share the construction process + the Sketchup project in case someone liked our design.
