This video was digitized from a reel of 8mm film which did not have a date. The film manufacture year is 1957 and I think this is of Forrestal's 1958 NATO or Mediterranean Deployment with Carrier Wing Eight out of Oceana Naval Station. Lot of naval planes such as E-1 Tracer, A-1 Skyraider, A-3 Skywarrior, A-4 Skyhawk, F-8 Crusader, F-4D Skyray, Piasecki HUP helicopters and other aircraft taking off and landing.
