First attempt to see if this motor has potential.
It didn't give me a resounding "I'm ALIVE", but
rather a "I'm half awake, let me be"!
The throttle lever won't stay closed, and I don't
have the air horn with the choke installed yet,
let alone the gas tank.
I'm hoping when those two items are added,
it will wake up with a roar.
