Were Head Coverings Unique To The Corinthian Church?

Pastor Joel, you have defended Cessationism by referencing Paul’s letter to the Corinthians as being “for us” but “to the Corinthian church.” That makes complete sense, but how would you then apply this exegetical principle to head coverings.
