Info:
Burn down Delphi House and leave with friends.
To get this ending, you must save Tobi (see Hero Trophy). Anything you do in the game up to that point doesn't matter. Once you have saved Tobi, you'll come face to face with Lucien. When you have to choose your first dialogue, ignore all of the dialogue options and move the cursor over the gun. Choose "Murder him" to kill Lucien. Erica will pick up his key and unlock the back door.
When she lights the diffuser, you'll have the option to either "Burn Delphi House" or "Breathe it in". Choose "Burn Delphi House". Erica will do just that and make her way outside. Because she saved Tobi, Kirstie and Tobi will be outside waiting for her. The trophy will unlock once the credits start to roll.
