Capitol Reef National Park: 2 Days – 2 Nights in Torrey, UT in 2022

Pretty much nothing went according to plan but we still had a fab time in Capitol Reef National Park! We stayed 2 nights in 2 different Torrey Utah hotels and visited a handful of attractions including Grand Wash, Cathedral Valley, Hickman Bridge and Johnson Reservoir.

We dined at a couple of Torrey Utah restaurants during our stay and can attest to the quality of the food and experience. Rim Rock Restaurant is an absolute must for the views and the food. Chak Balam is affordable and delicious! Oh yeah, and Curry Pizza in Bicknell was also superb!

We went the last week of April and while the weather was okay, we would have opted to go mid May, mainly due to road closures and better odds of clear skies. All in all, we had a blast and will definitely be back.
