Mushroom Pepper Paneer Recipe:
In a nonstick Kadai on medium heat add 5 g of olive oil. Follow that with 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and then add 4 cloves of garlic(chopped) and 2 green chilies (chopped). Let that cook for 20 to 30 seconds and then add 2 small onions (curry cut). Cook the onions until golden brown and then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Now add 100g mushrooms (cut from centre) and immediately add salt (as per taste) and 1/2 tsp turmeric. Cover the lid and cook until mushrooms become 1/3rd the size. Now add the rest of the spices (1 tsp each red chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala). Now add 200g low fat paneer and stir. Cover the lid for 2 mins. Now add 1 tsp jeera powder and 2 tsp sukha dhaniya powder and cook for another minute. Serve hot and garnish with coriander.

Air Fry French Fry
Take a long oval shaped white potato roughly 300g in weight. First chop that into French fry shape (as shown in video). Aim for them to be the same size. Roughly 1/4 inch thick. Now wash these fries and throw them into boiling water for 5 mins. Season the water with salt and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Once the potato is fork tender, drain out all the water and cool. Spread them out on a baking tray and let them dry for a few mins. Now season the fries with spices of your choice. I use salt, paprika, pepper, onion powder, oregano, parsley and peri peri. Now in a pre heated air fryer add the fries and ensure that they are not over crowded. Cook at 200 degree celsius for 13-14 mins flipping them midway. Serve hot.
