Vic Camp Pinball: 1955 Bally Gay Time Bingo Pinball "GAME PLAY"

In this video i shoot for a 5 in a row win with one hand while i am video taping live. This is a multi coin bingo game where the player can drop as many nickels in the machine at the start of the game they want to and build up a featured packed game with large replay pay outs. This early 1950's wood rail bingo is a exciting game to play. Bally design engineers gave the players 4 moving lines and being able as a player to jump the ball from numbered hole to numbered hole across the top row of numbers 1 thru 7 and changing their number location on the back glass card was just mind blowing and the best feature this game had to offer.

Red and Yellow scoring feature, corners, two extra odds scoring, 3 extra balls and other features set this bingo apart from some of the other early 1950's wood rail bingos. True bingo players will love this game because of the way a bad game could turn into a great game (you have to play the game to understand what i mean).

Bally engineering staff did a sensational job thinking out what the player wanted in a bingo when they manufactured this "one of a kind" bingo. Bally's Gayety bingo is the only other bingo that gives a player a chance to jump balls from one numbered hole to another (MAGIC POCKETS), but didn't have all the extra features that the added to Gay Time, but still is a great bingo to have in your collection.

When I sold my Gayety, I missed it so much that I just had to go and try to a find Gay Time to take its place since it had many more features then Gayety did and that's what I look for in a bingo.

It was amazing that in no time I came across a Gay Time for my collection. It had a few minor mechanical problems when I brought in home but is playing 100% now since I have gone through the machines components. The Gay Time is such an attractive looking machine (coloring /artwork), but by far is a fantastic player for sure. If anyone ever has a chance to play this outstanding wood rail bingo then do so, but beware you might be looking to add this top of the line player and one of a kind bingo pinball to collection!
