pada video ini dijelaskan mengenai 3 kingdom yaitu kingdom Monera, Kingdom Protista dan Kingdom Fungi sebagai bahan ajar untuk mata pelajaran IPA Kelas 7
Kata Monera berasal dari bahasa Yunani yakni “moneres” yang memiliki arti tunggal. Sehingga, pengertian Monera ini adalah makhluk hidup yang mempunyai satu sel (uniseluler). Monera ini memiliki sifat prokariotik, yang artinya bahwa monera ini tidak mempunyai membran inti (lebih tepatnya membran inti itu belum terbentuk dengan secara sempurna).
Pada umumnya Protista adalah mahluk hidup uniseluler, namun terdapat pula Protista yang multiseluler, seperti ganggang laut. Protista ada yang bersifat autrotrof, adapula yang heterotrof, hidup bebas di laut, air tawar, atau sebagai parasit pada mahluk hidup lain. Berbeda dengan Monera, Protista telah memiliki membran inti sehingga disebut organisme eukariotik.
Jamur (Fungi) merupakan kelompok organisme eukariot, kebanyakan multiseluler namun ada yang uniseluler dengan ciri khas yaitu talusnya yang berupa benang-benang hifa yang membentuk miselium dan memperoleh makanan dengan cara menyerap zat organic secara langsung (bersifat heterotrof).
