Frosting : Swiss meringue buttercream

Color : candy color from Chef Master

Step :
Take out your crumb coated code from fridge and let it set at cool room (with a/c) for about 10 minutes.

Use yr bengal comb to mark the lines

Piped any color buttercream into the protruding line in the center of the cake, comb it with bengal comb right away, make sure you get clean and neat lines. You can warm up yr comb (that’s why best to use metal comb) at this stage to help to get smooth and clean lines

Put the cake in the freezer for about 20 to 30 mins, since we are in summer heat I will suggest to store it a bit longer (45 mins) till the frosting really firm.

Fill with the filler colors and also fill the white area with white buttercream
Scrape it with Smooth Hound comb right away, be patient when scraping as it will take time to clean. Do it untill you see the clean lines. But on the other hand you need to work fast cause the buttercream will get soft and you will end up with water color.

Clean the top and decorate as you like.
