Limited Presence of National Infrastructure Makes Land in the South East Unattractive - Ikechukwu

Описание к видео Limited Presence of National Infrastructure Makes Land in the South East Unattractive - Ikechukwu

The lack of a political economy in the South East renders the land unattractive for potential buyers. Igbos are increasingly purchasing land in Lagos because they need it. Conversely, it would not be advantageous for someone from Kano or the West to invest in land in the East, where there is insufficient infrastructure, such as railways, to support their business ventures. Nonetheless, available land is still being sold to non-indigenes, including Chief T.O.S. Benson, who was gifted land by his Mbieri in-laws.
