Arcane Ascent is more of a reeinvision instead of a remake of Artificial Ascent in the form of a megacollab, that's been in the works since mid-2019, that has been a difficult task to complete according to Alkali, in terms of decoration, it's basically each creator doing their own thing, using their styles, colors and effects however they want, there isn't a theme to the level, but everything looks great in it's own right. In terms of gameplay it was balanced to be an Insane Demon, and it's actually fun to play.
