The weather is bad and we lose power too frequently these days. Not only that, we're still restricted to remain at home. This means we need better power generators to keep our essentials running when the power goes out. I came across this unique power generator that has the highest mAh capacity I've seen in one, at 201,600! This is like 13-20 typical power banks combined! I took a chance on it and here are my impressions:

Quality: This thing has a mostly metal body with plastic end caps where the connections and buttons are. I found no creaking or loose parts, or anything that would indicate the build quality is anything less than superior. The buttons are metal with nicely lit rings around them to indicate the on/off status. The button pushes feel solid and you can tell when a button is switched on or off. There are 2 built-in fans on one end to keep this thing cool, as needed. I noticed there are ventilation holes on both ends as well, so air circulation will be efficient. The display is basic, but it does a very nice job of telling you the battery capacity with very clear text and a green backlight.

Ease of use: I don't know if this can get any simpler to use. There are buttons to enable DC power, light power, and AC power. Depending on which area you want to enable, you hit the appropriate power buttons. As mentioned before, there are high quality tactical buttons to tell you which are enabled. You then just plug in your devices and it just works.

Value: I've used this for several days and I've plugged in several things just to make sure it runs and runs consistently. I'm glad to report that I've run into no problems. I've been able to charge my MacBook Pro, several cell phones, some rechargeable batteries, run LED lights and portable fans...all without issues. All of this was after the initial charge...its still got about 50% left after several days of use. I think that 201,600 mAh capacity is to thank for this and thats the main driver behind the price. However, its totally worth it!

Safety: This unit advertises all kinds of safety features that most people probably overlook...including myself. It has the typical over charge protection, over load protection etc...but what I really appreciate is there is a fuse where the power inlet is. It appears to be user changeable...so in case you blow a fuse...its easy to get to it and get your expensive power generator up and running again. Other chargers don't have this feature and you'd have to open it up to hope you can fix it...which may not be so safe. I like how this company kept the consumer in mind.

Other notables: This thing took me many hours to charge up! If you buy this, spend the time to charge it up before you think you'll need to use it. The capacity is massive so thats likely why it takes so long to charge up. You can press the DC power on, as an example, and the display will light up letting you know how far along you are.

Given how easy it is to take this out of the box and use, how simple the controls are, and how easy it is to move around (there is a top handle and there are rubber feet on the bottom corners), I can say this power generator is a solid value. The build quality gives me confidence that this will last quite a while, and the safety features put me at ease to have this around my family. If you're looking for a high quality and high capacity power station, this should definitely be one of your top considerations.
