At the sixth floor of Telecom House in Kacyiru, Kigali, the 1st techpreneur innovation open space kLab (Knowledge Laboratory) was launched in 2012 as a collaborative partnership among the Government of Rwanda, ICT Chamber of Private Sector Federation, JICA, and other related supporting organizations. It is the place where dreams float in the air like giant hot air balloons, dreams that are literally visible to youngsters and geeks, and it is the place where one of the principal co-working spaces in the country.
