PALIT GTX 1050ti - How to repair no power? missing 1.8volts VRAM and 0.8volts GPU Supply (Solved!)

The problem with this Palit GTX 1050ti Video Card is missing off the GPU supply is 0.8volts and the VRAM supply of 1.8volts is already missing. The 4 RAM memory 1.5volts supply is missing from the 1.8volts coil.

The main reason is (1.) Memory buck-converter failure (2.) GPU PVM chip failure also. The cause is corroded parts cause by water damage.

The solutions are clean water exists and resolder its pins to see if working before the next procedure of replacing chips.

Note! No schematic, we used the experience to locate the Test Point.
