This guide shows you how to make the most powerful emperor the history has ever known: Palpatine. Thanks to his enchanted clothes, Palpatine benefits of a 100% Magicka cost reduction: a power literally "unlimited".

This video was recorded on the most recent version of Skyrim: Special Edition and always on Legendary Difficulty. Only two aesthetic mods (focused on character's appearance) were installed and are listed below.

Points distribution every 5 levels:
| 4 Magicka | 1 Health | 0 Stamina |
After you gain the enchanted robes focus the points only on Health.

Essential Stats and Perks:
| Destruction (100) |: Novice Destruction, Apprentice Destruction, Adept Destruction, Expert Destruction, Master Destruction, Destruction Dual Casting, Impact, Augmented Shock (2/2), Disintegrate.
| Conjuration (100) |: Novice Conjuration, Apprentice Conjuration, Adept Conjuration, Expert Conjuration, Master Conjuration, Necromancy, Dark Souls, Twin Souls.
| Enchanting (100) |: Enchanter (5/5), Insightful Enchanter, Corpus Enchanter, Extra Effect.

Gear:
| Worn Shrouded Cowl |: Destruction spells cost 25% less to cast. Conjuration spells cost 25% less to cast.
| Black Robes |: Destruction spells cost 25% less to cast. Conjuration spells cost 25% less to cast.
| Gold Jeweled Necklace |: Destruction spells cost 25% less to cast. Conjuration spells cost 25% less to cast.
| Gold Diamond Ring |: Destruction spells cost 25% less to cast. Conjuration spells cost 25% less to cast.
| Boots |: Increases Shock Resistance by 3% (whatever you want is better).
