বাচ্চাদের স্কুলের টিফিন নতুন যারা স্কুলে যাচ্ছে তাদের ওদেওয়া যাবে 3-5yrs Kids School tiffin recipe

Ingredients:
1. Gobindo bhog rice- 1/2 cup
2. Small soyabean chunk- 2 fist
Soak in lukewarm water
3. Ghee - 1 tsp
Fry the soyabeans for 3 to 4 mins. Now add:
4. Cashew - 12 pcs
5. Raisin - 12 pcs
Fry for another 1 min. Now add in same kadai:
6. Ghee : 1 and 1/2 tsp
7. Cardamom - 2 nos
8. Clove : 2 nos
9. Cinnamon: 2 nos
10. Javitri : Little
Fry little bit and ad the rice for 3 mins on high to medium flame.
11. Turmeric powder : small amount
12. Add warm water : 1 cup
13. Salt : As per taste
Now add the cashew and raisins. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
14. Black pepper powder : very small amount(optional)
15. Sugar powder : 1 tsp
Keep cooking for another 2 mins and off the flame.
