We got a one-on-one deal going on I just love Jeff, and dispatches we get to choose from 2 or 3 loads which I like that, and he normally gives me the good loads, because he knows how I run. One of the big benefits about being an owner operator owner with this company is that we have 2 very good asset managers, they’ve been with the company for multiple years, have a great report with their drivers and with their owner operators. We have the hemisphere system and it picks 5 choices that are the best options for the driver and out of those 5, I choose the most sensible ones and send them to the driver. I would say that communication is the best policy and if it something doesn’t seem right its probably not and at that time ask me about it and we’ll work through it together.
