My oh my! We are working the legs and glutes EXTREMEly well in this workout! I loved this workout for my lower body and I hope you do too! I loved it because of the variety of exercises and working times, plus the intensity, but it also gave my legs a much-needed burn.

This workout is more glute-focused, but the quads and hams really got an awesome workout as well! I have included several modifications in this workout, if any of the exercises are new, possibly the split squats, you can definitely start with the modifications, and when you feel ready work your way up! Have fun with this one, go heavy, and kick butt!

EXTREME LEGS AND GLUTES EQUIPMENT, STRUCTURE, AND EXERCISES

EQUIPMENT: DUMBBELLS AND A MAT
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: EXERCISE BOX/BENCH, ANKLE WEIGHTS, BOOTY BAND/MINI RESISTANCE BAND
I'm using 5kg, 7.5kg, & 15kg.

WORKOUT STRUCTURE
3 ROUNDS
4 EXERCISES
REPEAT EACH EXERCISE 2 TIMES THROUGH
ROUNDS 1 & 2 WORK: 45 REST: 25
ROUND 3 WORK: 30 REST 15

ROUND 1 LEG FOCUS
- SQUAT
- ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
- DUMBBELL SWING
- WALL SIT

ROUND 2 GLUTE FOCUS
- STEP DOWNS RIGHT THEN LEFT
- ELEVATED GLUTE BRIDGE
- BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT WITH A SLIGHT FOWARD LEAN FOR GREATER GLUTE ACTIVATION
- SWITCH SIDES

ROUND 3 BURN IT OUT ROUND!
- RAINBOWS
- SWITCH SIDES
- HIPS LIFTED WITH ABDUCTION PULSES
- SUMO SQUAT PULSE
