In Bhagavad Gita 2.13, Lord Krishna explains the immortality and continuity of the soul (Atman). This change is natural and inevitable, not an end.

Original Sanskrit Shloka (Bhagavad Gita 2.13):-
देहिनोऽस्मिन्यथा देहे कौमारं यौवनं जरा |
तथा देहान्तरप्राप्तिर्धीरस्तत्र न मुह्यति ||

Meaning in English:-
Just as the soul experiences childhood, youth, and old age in this body, it will similarly attain another body after death. The wise are not deluded by this change.

Hindi Translation:-
जैसे इस शरीर में आत्मा बाल्यावस्था, युवावस्था और वृद्धावस्था को प्राप्त होती है, वैसे ही मृत्यु के बाद वह अन्य शरीर को प्राप्त करती है। इस सत्य को जो ज्ञानी है, वे भ्रमित नहीं होते।
