Patrick and Robin are both beat since Emma kept them up, wanting to hang with her parents. They tell Epiphany that they think Brianna was murdered. Andrea admits to the duo that she hired Sam to tail her husband in an effort to get them to settle the lawsuit. Matt is denied access to his office until the Hughes files are removed. Patrick and Robin pay the Mayor a visit to confront him about their new theory. Maxie tries to break into Matt's office.
