1. Jump off the outside leg while driving the inside knee high. The goal is to freeze the defender in front of us by causing indecision when he sees us in the air

2. Bring the ball to your pocket while in the air. This is so that you can swing the ball forward and use that momentum to accelerate us forwards

3. When its time to land, drive your high knee to the ground and accelerate to get as much separation from the defender
