Masala pasta
Pasta boiling
Water 5-6 cups
Salt 1tsp
Penne pasta 3cups
Masala pasta
Oil 3tbsp
Garlic chopped 2tbp
Onion chopped 1cup
Tomato puree 1 ½ cup
Red chilli pow 1tbsp
Coriander pow 1tsp
Cumin pow 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Chilli flakes 1tbsp
Chat masala 1tsp
Cream 4tbsp
Boiled pasta 3cups
k&ns kabab tikki
Coriander for garnish
In a pan add water and salt when starts boiling add pasta and cook 80% done.
In a pan add oil and garlic saute for a mnt now add onion cook until translucent.
Now add tomato puree and all spices cook for 5-10 mnts.
Now add cream mix it well add boiled pasta.
Fry k&ns kabab tikki as per instructions on the pack.
Cut into pieces.
Add in and give it a good mix.
