So there is this movie series called Tetsuo, not to be confused with the guy in the Akira anime/manga. There are 3 films: Tetsuo The Iron Man, Tetsuo II: Body Hammer & finally Tetsuo The Bullet Man. They all resolve around a poor dude who one way or another had to deal with a psycho that's....... very obsessed with metal, which are all played by the director of the film Shinya Tsukamoto. These films are....... quite trippy & full of David Lynch Eraserhead esque WTF grossness, but dialed up to 1000. The cleaning they had to do after each scene must be hell for the janitors. XD

This song is the main theme of the third film Bullet Man, made by the legend Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails. The film while pretty cool in its special effects is unfortunately full of shaky cams so I can't tell WTF is going on half of the time, but the ending is the most satisfying in the trilogy, and also the theme song that plays in the end credits is great. This is not the original version of the song btw, the original song is even more disorganized & full of even more chaotic noises like so:
