Cruising in the Ramble starts after dark. KEEP THE PARK CLEAN. During the day time there are families with children and heterosexuals watching birds. Do not you want to get arrested by NYPD police officers? Do not do anything during the day. Wait for the party after dark. "The Ramble is the name for the wooden area which is located right in the middle of Central Park, close to the lake (the southern lake for those who are not familiar with NYC, but don’t worry it’s easy to find on google maps). It’s quite popular for gay cruising, especially in the most dense part of this little forest. So if you’re curious to discover it, go on a sunny Sunday for a walk on the little paths, but just after dawn, as during day time it’s quite busy with families.
